SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
- We ship to European Union countries and the UK.
- Orders are delivered through DHL.
- Order delivery will be made to the delivery address designated by the User and within the period indicated on the Website according to the described shipping method.
Please note that each shoe is handcrafted upon order and delivery times may vary depending on demand and requested country. Estimated delivery is 4 to 5 weeks, but you can contact us if you require expedited service. Products on sample sales or available will be ready to be shipped upon payment confirmation and during business hours.
Time and Cost
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday once payment has been confirmed. If we receive the purchase outside of this schedule or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next business day. Below are the delivery times:
Shipping to mainland Spain: 24/48 hours during business hours
Free shipping per order, except for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and remote areas* where a charge will apply, always indicated before payment.
(*) Remote areas: Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Minor Canary Islands, and Portugal.
Shipments to Europe: 3 – 10 business days.
The shipping cost ranges from 10 to 30 euros per order depending on the shipping area. The User can review the costs before making the payment.
Please note that all customs duties or import taxes for countries outside the EU will be the sole responsibility of the User.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and offer the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the order has been delivered when the User or a third party authorized by the User takes physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address.
Tax and Duties
All taxes are included for EU countries. All other international shipments do not include duties or taxes; the User is responsible for any customs charge, duty, or tax that may be applied upon delivery. We cannot calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes incurred on the order, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
Delivery Incidents
In case of inability to deliver due to the recipient’s absence, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and attempt to contact the recipient by phone to arrange a new delivery. If delivery fails again, the user must contact the transport agency to arrange a new delivery.
KARIMLOCK is not responsible for errors that occur in delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not match reality or is false. However, KARIMLOCK undertakes to take measures within its reach to ensure that orders are delivered within the agreed timeframe and, failing that, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the recipient.
